Return Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, with all original packaging, and in its original condition.

Due to the hygienic and personal-use nature of our oral care products, opened, used, or unsealed items are not eligible for return or refund.

To initiate a return, you must contact us at info@theautoflosser.com with your order number and reason for the return request. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions regarding how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We may request supporting photos or videos in order to evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

If your product is confirmed to be defective or damaged upon arrival, we will, at our discretion, replace the item or issue a refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if the incorrect item was received.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used oral care products

  • Items not in their original condition

  • Products missing original packaging

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund is reflected in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
